As an executive team member at The Clear Blue Company, a Nashville based real estate private equity firm, Matt oversaw the acquisition of 2,680 apartment units across the Southeast and Midwest, totaling over $500 million in value. In that role, he secured equity from high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors and closed over $350 million in financing from both debt funds and GSEs. His career spans leadership roles across private equity, legal advisory, and affordable housing development.
